1. How can I book a vehicle?

You can book your vehicle directly on our website through Direct online reservation channel and also through our Quotation System.You can also make your request manually and send it to us through our contact form or by email (email should be our link address).

2. What information should I provide to make my vehicle reservation?

There are several details we need to know for providing you with the required vehicle and service:
- the type of required vehicle
- passenger's name
- contact details (e-mail address and phone number)
- pick-up address and destination.
In addition, to confirm your reservation you will need the details of your payment card.

3. What type of vehicles can I book?

We are pleased to provide you with a number of different types of vehicle starting from a small economy class car to a luxury limo or a 80 seat double decker bus. In particular, you can reserve a vehicle by its size, capacity and class (e.g. economy, business, luxury). We work only with licensed and extremely professional carriers in UK which are always ready to make your trip safely, pleasant and as comfortably as possible.

4. Where can I make a vehicle reservation using your service?

We provide chauffeur-driven car service throughout Europe including United Kindom, France, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Nederlands, Russian, Belgium and a number of other areas. You can also book a vehicle by using our service in other European countries.

5. Where can I find the information about your cancellation policy?

All you need is just to click on the link Terms and Conditions which will take you to a required page.

6. Is a Meet & Greet Service part of your Company Policy?

Yes. The 8Rental.com Meet & Greet Service is an essential part of company policy. Our drivers are pleased to meet you at your exit into the arrivals hall of the airport or at the head of the train at the train station.

7. Will you provide me with the precise details of the vehicle and the chauffeur assigned to me?

Of course. We always provide our customers with all the required details concerning vehicle and driver so you could easily communicate and find each other.

8. Do you provide your service on a hourly or daily basis?

Yes. The 8Rental.com vehicles are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reserved on hourly or daily basis.

9. How can I be sure if the vehicle that I want is available?

8Rental.com only guarantees the category reserved and not the model.

10. Can I book additional extras or equipment?

Yes. Just send us the information about requested extras or equipment via email and we will take care of it.

Costs and Payments

1. How can I pay for my trip?

To confirm your booking we kindly request you to pay 10% of the order price, payable online at reservation by Visa, MasterCard or via PayPal account. The remaining amount is settled directly to the driver in cash or by payment card. If you need to rent a coach the rest is payable by bank transfer.

2. What is the payment at reservation?

This is a payment to confirm your booking. The payment at reservation is payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or via PayPal account.

3. What is included in the order price?

The order price includes all costs you indicated at the moment of your reservation.

Please note that possible supplementary costs not included in the order price should be paid directly to the driver.

4. Is it possible to pay the entire amount of my journey by payment card?

Yes. Full credit card payment is also possible. All you need is just to contact our Customer Service Manager which will provide you with all the necessary details concerning the full credit card payment.

5. How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Just contact the Customer Service Manager and he will send you a copy of your invoice by email.
