1.Cancellation Policy.

8Rental.com cancellation conditions depend on the remaining time prior to the pick-up date:
1.1. There are cases when cancellation conditions of our carriers may differ from ours so in this case, as a rule, we follow the terms of our carriers.
You will be notified about your cancellation conditions at the time of payment at reservation.
1.2. In case of any programme changes (e.g. hours of service, mileage, dates , etc.) you are obliged to notify our customer service manager 2 days minimum before the pick-up date.
In case we were informed less than 2 days before the pick up date and we are not able to provide you with a vehicle in according to your modified programme this it equals to a cancellation of your order.
1.3. The maximum cancellation fee (equal to the order price) also applies in case the passenger does not present himself for the pick-up.
1.4 In case of not being present at the pick up point, the client is obliged to pay the remaining balance of the order.
1.5 In case the customer decides to cancel the tour or reduce service hours during the tour, he must pay the amount as per initial agreement.
Note: Irrespective of the order cancellation reason the customer is obliged to apply all the terms as per the cancellation conditions above.

2. Extra mileage and hours.

If there is a need in additional mileage or hours of service during your journey you can discuss it with your driver. Also the payment for additional service is paid directly to the driver.
Note: If client reduces the service hours or mileage by his own free will the order price remains unchanged.

3. Payment terms

Your payment at reservation must be made in advance. Your payment deadline is shown below:

Type of vehicle: Small Car, Mid-Size Car, Large Car Executive Car, 4x4, Limousine, Minivan, Minibus Coach
Your payment to reach us in advance of your pick-up date and time latest: 1 day (24 hours) 2 days (48 hours) 5 days

If for some reasons the payment wasn't made within a specified period of time, we cannot guarantee our service.

4. A Waiting Period

A grace period of waiting is 10 minutes (it means the time while/ when your driver is waiting for you without any extra payment).
However, if you're more than 10 minutes late, the extra payment will be charged. ( The price of extra mileage or hours is indicated in our offer.)
When you book the "meet-and-greet" service you get the 30 minute complimentary grace period.

5. Driving rest periods and breaks

5.1. The rule retains the current 11-hour daily driving limit and 14-hour work day. (In some cases, not more than 12 hours.)
5.2. After a driving period of no more than 4.5 hours, the driver must immediately take a break of at least 45 minutes unless he takes a rest period. A break taken in this way must not be interrupted. It also can be divided into smaller breaks.
5.3. Daily driving period shall not exceed 9 hours (for a single driver).
5.4. The driver must take a daily rest period within each period of 24 hours after the end of the previous daily or weekly rest period. An 11- hour (or more) daily rest is called a regular daily rest period.

6. Privacy Policy

All information we receive from our customers is kept strictly confidential and can only be used for car reservation purpose .
We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy depending on the evolution of our site and the applicable legislation. Any modifications to our Privacy Policy will be published on this page of our website.

We gather the following information about you during your use of 8Rental.com services:

Also we store most of the information you enter on our website or send us in an email communication.

7. Does 8Rental.com shares customers' information?

No. All information 8Rental.com receives  is kept strictly confidential. Moreover, we will not transfer your personal data to any third parties without your expression of consent.

8. How does 8Rental.com keep the clients' data safe and secure?

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. All payments are made through Paypal System, the safest payments system. Moreover, we do not see or keep a record of your credit card details.

9. How can  I remove my  personal information from your system?

All you need is to  send us your written request and we will take care of it.

10. Liability of Parties.

Our carriers must follow all rules and laws concerning the passengers' transportation. The carrier is obliged to have all necessary permits including an insurance to cover a force-majeure circumstances. We also inform you that the carrier is responsible for all the items which are mentioned above. 

8Rental.com takes no responsibility for any force-majeure circumstances or any kind of disputes between thr carrier and the client.
In all cases, our liability is limited to the lower of the amount paid at reservation or our commission for the service. Our liability cannot, in any circumstances, exceed the part of the order price applicable to the trip in question. Any client-caused damage that may occur to the vehicle during the trip remains at the client’s charge. All the reservations made through 8Rental.com service are regulated by the terms and conditions as per rules above. 8Rental.com reserves the right to modify the above rules at any time without notice.
