Yes. The 8Rental vehicles are available for city tours, the whole day, for several days. And can be reserved on an hourly or daily basis. Please send your itinerary via email.

We are pleased to provide you with a number of different types of vehicles starting from a standard class, minivan, minibus, bus. In particular, you can reserve a vehicle by its size, capacity, and class (e.g. Standard, Business, First).

It depends on the type of vehicle and the high season of the requested city.

If you require special assistance, please contact our customer service team, and we will do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable.

While the Trip / During the travel

For your convenience, one day before the pick-up date we will also send you the details of your driver (name and mobile phone number).

Your driver with a requested vehicle will meet your travel group at the preestablished pick-up location. Usually, for pick-up in Hotel, a car and driver wait for you in front of the hotel. If your pick-up location is Airport, for small groups driver will wait in the arrival hall of the Airport, but for big groups, a bus with a driver will wait for you at the bus parking of the Airport. One day before pick-up we send you the driver’s contacts.

Please inform us if you have extra luggage or special suitcases. We can arrange an additional trailer for you for extra baggage or special luggage for example bike boxes or sky equipment.

No, smoking on board an 8Rental bus is strongly prohibited. Ask the driver to make short stops at times to have a smoke.

Yes, you can bring food and beverage with you. However, 8Rental is against consuming any food or drinks on board. The bus must be left in a clean condition with no stains or litter around.

Yes, you can. Many clients use our drivers’ services during the day and tell them every next destination right on the spot. However, the driver may have to check the traffic or route for longer journeys. If the new destination prevails over the pre-established one in the distance, an additional charge will be applied.

Costs and Payments

To confirm your booking we kindly request you to pay 10-20% (depending on trip complexity and price) of the order price at the reservation by credit card or over PayPal or by bank transfer.
The remaining amount is settled directly to the driver in cash or by payment card or by bank transfer. If you need to rent a minibus or coach the rest is payable by bank transfer or by card.

This is a payment to confirm your booking. The payment at reservation is payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or via PayPal account.

Yes. Full credit card payment is also possible. All you need is just to contact our Customer Service Manager which will provide you with all the necessary details concerning the full credit card payment.

The order price includes all costs you indicated at the moment of your reservation.

Driver accomodation:
If you have a trip for several days outside the city, then usually the driver's accommodation is at the expense of the client. Please check you offer.
Please note that possible supplementary costs not included in the order price should be paid directly to the driver.

The payment receipt is sent automatically after payment was done. If you haven't received your invoice after the service please send us a short email and we will send you a copy of your invoice by email.

Yes, we provide large charter buses for big events, presentations, conferences and weddings.

About Vehicles

Please indicate your luggage size and quantity beforehand. Standard vehicle luggage capacity are: car up to 3 large suitcases and 3 backpacks. Minibus 17 seater up to 14-15 large suitcases and 14 backpacks. Bus 50 seater up to 50 backpacks and 50 backpacks.

Depending on your group size, you must rent an appropriate bus model. Here are the basic, most common available options: Buses carry up to 50 passengers; Minibuses will accommodate 16 people; Minivans can drive only six or seven travelers, cars up to 3 passengers.

Full-size charter coaches, otherwise referred to as coach buses or motorcoaches, can accommodate up to 50 people at a time. They come with such amenities as: Parcel racks overhead. Reclining seats Luggage storage under the bus Climate control air-conditioning.

Normally, our charter coaches, with at least 41 seats, are equipped with a music connection, a microphone, and a fridge or cool box, TV monitors with DVD players (depends on the coach model). However, in case you have any additional requirements, contact our booking specialist beforehand and find out if it is possible to include them on the bus. While we strive to be accommodating, significant changes at the eleventh hour may not be feasible. However, for minor adjustments that do not incur additional costs, we can implement them quickly. Should you have a request for a modification, please inform us, and we will make every effort to fulfill your request to the best of our ability.
